This project was a bungalow conversion. This was a challenging project. The existing roof needed to be completely removed. In normal circumstances a temporary scaffolding roof would be erected to protect the property. Due to the size of the roof the client could not justify the additional cost. The alternative solution was to carry out the work under Tarpaulins. As you can see from the photo we have achieved an excellent result, and the client is delighted. This project was a total roof conversion along with a Single Storey Side Extension. A New Porch was added with Perfectly matching render. The project also included Additional bedrooms with ensuites, and a large landing featuring natural daylight windows.
